My order was a total mess. A couple of the pieces were the wrong size, and one of the styles wasn’t even the one I picked online. I checked my receipt like three times, and everything was right on my end, so this was just some dumb screw-up on their side. It ended up delaying my whole project, which was seriously annoying. Ridiculous when you pay and wait around for specific parts, only to get the wrong crap...

I ordered a few wooden legs for a table project I’m working on, and I was impressed when they arrived. Each leg felt solid and sturdy, the surface was smooth right out of the box, and the cuts were clean and even, which made lining everything up so much easier. The wood has a nicer weight and finish than other legs I’ve bought before. Really happy with the quality.

Overall, the work looked decent, and you can tell some care went into it. That said, a few of the edges felt a little rough, nothing major, but don’t you always notice those small details once you’re looking closely?

The wood pieces themselves were nice, no real complaints there. They looked good and felt well made. But for the small project I was working on, the prices already felt a little steep, and then shipping pushed it into “eh, probably not worth it” territory. I kept thinking about how I could’ve just picked up something locally while I was out grabbing coffee or, while wandering around the hardware store like I always do for way longer than planned. Anyway, decent product, just too pricey for what I needed.

I ordered from osbornewood.com and the actual product was fine, so no complaints there. The frustrating part was dealing with customer service. It took longer than I expected to get a response, and when they finally replied, it felt kind of rushed and not very helpful. I had to ask the same question more than once, and the answer I got felt like they were hiding behind policy instead of actually trying to help. It wasn’t a total disaster, but i expected better support...

I ordered a few parts from Osborne Wood, and to be fair, the items themselves were totally fine. The shipping, though, was a bit frustrating. It wasn’t awful or anything, but it definitely took longer than I expected, and the tracking didn’t update until late, which wasn’t especially helpful. I’d still consider ordering again, but probably only if I don’t need the parts anytime soon.

I was actually happy with the selection here. They had a bunch of different wood options, like boards for shelves, pieces for small projects, nicer-looking stuff for furniture, basic lumber for repairs, and even some cuts that would work for random DIY things around the house. I ended up finding what I needed without much trouble. The only downside is that some of it felt a little pricey, but overall the choices were really good

I was impressed with how well the table legs were packed. There was plenty of padding, and everything showed up without a single dent or scratch. It saved me the hassle of dealing with returns or touch-ups, so I could just get straight to putting the table together.

I was disappointed trying to shop on this site. It took forever for pages to load, and even simple stuff like finding product details felt like a chore. The menus were confusing, and I kept clicking around only to end up somewhere I didn’t mean to be. The products might be perfectly fine, but the whole website experience was annoying enough that I just gave up
